After the original Granada Garage design came in substantially over budget, the City of Santa Barbara hired Watry Design, Inc. to completely redesign the project within their budget constraints. Donnelly Design worked with the design team to develop a comprehensive parking structure wayfinding program and retail sign guidelines for this 400 stall parking structure. The design of the sign elements are true to historic Santa Barbara area wrought iron detailing and included an extensive architectural review process with the local design review board.
