John F. Kennedy International Airport – Jamaica, New York

Terminal 8 is American Airlines’ 38 gate, 1.6 million square foot international hub to Europe and the Middle East. It can process 3,500 passenger per hour through the Customs & Border Protection facility. The wayfinding and master sign program includes in excess of 2,500 individual signs and was implemented in three major phases over a five-year period.
